hannon was born in Livingston, New Jersey right outside of New York City. She is an only child and is gifted with wit, song and charm. From the time she could talk and walk she was always performing for family and friends. As she entered school she would always make an effort to be the "star" of every function and show. Shannon has always been able to work an audience with complete comfort and ease. With twelve years of professional dance study and six years of intense voice training it was her dream to someday be in the "entertainment business." After graduation from high school she was accepted at numerous colleges but insisted on staying in the New York Metropolitan area because of her desire to make a career in the field of modeling and entertainment. She enrolled in Middlesex County College because of its excellence in the area of Theater and Drama. She will be transferring to RUTGERS University this Fall.

During her sophomore year Shannon began getting lots of double takes. Absolute strangers from Manhattan to South Beach would approach her with comments like "You probably hear this a lot, but do you know whom you look like?" Are you, "Britney Spears?" Shannon told her mother who said, "Yes, you do." They both went to talk with one of her modeling agents Remedy Model Management and they also agreed. With the help of the Remedy Agency they linked her up with several of the top Look A Like agencies in the New York area. Shannon was very fortunate through the Remedy Agency to find Elaine Chez of Chez, Inc., who has truly promoted her and gotten her off to a terrific start in the Look A Like industry. At this time she feels she should not sign an exclusive agency agreement with any agency until she gets a total look at the industry in general. The rest is history and since then she is in total demand and is supported by the best entertainment agents, modeling agencies, and acting agents in the country. Shannon says that working as a celebrity Look A Like has truly changed her life in many ways and opened many doors. She has had the opportunity to double for BRITNEY on six occasions and is absolutely thrilled about these opportunities. Working as a Look A Like has allowed her to grow as a model and an actress, work with the general public as an entertainer, perform and open up as an individual, to follow her dreams, and best of all be her own boss. In '02 she performed in 60+ cities on tour. Shannon has performed electrifying performances for MTV (five different occasions), doubled for BRITNEY twice for MTV, NY Stock Exchange Corporate Event, SONY, FORD Motor, MARRIOTT, RUTGERS University, Federated Department Stores, PEPSI, DISNEY, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, NASCAR, IGA, NICKOLODEAN, CABLEVISION, HARDROCK CAFÉ, TAVERN ON THE GREEN, THE PLAZA HOTEL, HUDSON THEATER, WTC BENEFITS, LAZARUS DEPARTMENT STORES, to name a few plus she also does private parties, summer camps, malls, grand store openings, sporting events, charity events and numerous other corporate events. For the upcoming year she also at present has fifteen signed contracts with minor league baseball teams around the country. TIME Magazine, WCBS2, FOX NEWS, Sports Digest, NJ Magazine, WWF Newsletter, ECHOES SENTINEL, ASBURY PARK PRESS AND THE HOME NEWS have interviewed and followed her with press coverage over the past year. In the modeling arena Shannon currently works for TOMMY, MACY’s, LePel Lingerie, LaPerla, Secrets In Lace, Nick & Nora Inc., XOXO, Oxygen Inc., Nine West, The Pink Slip, Candies, MET-RX, Hawaiian Tropic and many other large and small corporations. In the future, Shannon hopes to continue in the modeling and entertainment industry. Shannon has just signed a major contract ('03) with Wilhelmina for modeling, acting and talent.This is a major step in her career. She has just submitted a demo tape by special request to a major recording label. Shannon currently resides in Warren, NJ and does modeling and acting jobs when she is not working as a Look A Like or attending school. She absolutely adores Britney and refuses to take any work that would be unprofessional in any way. Shannon says she will never forget her roots or all of the people who have helped bring her this far in such a short time. In her off-time she does quite a bit of charity and volunteer work.
